Julie Bratschie
Julie started her real estate career in 2011 at Heitman, LLC, a global real estate investment management firm with $43 billion in assets under management. She worked extensively on institutional value-add private equity and structured debt funds.
Following Heitman, Julie worked at Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, a $2 billion first mortgage discretionary bridge debt fund focused on value-add and transitional properties with 50% of the fund allocation dedicated to multifamily assets. She supported the origination team by sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing, and asset-managing investments. She also participated in preparing Private Placement Memorandums and securing warehouse lines of credit.
Most recently, she was a Vice President at Westminster Capital Group, a high-net-worth family office. At Westminster, she focused on acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions covering multifamily, flex-office, office, medical office, industrial, student housing, and storage investments. She was also responsible for loan origination and servicing.
Julie attended the University of Dayton, earning a BS in Accounting and Finance in 2010 and an MBA in 2011.
