Tad has extensive experience in structured capital stacks, with over $7 billion in deployed capital.
In his most recent role as Director of Operations for the Western U.S. at Henley, Tad successfully built a $650 million portfolio of multifamily value-add properties across California, Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina. His broad experience spans residential master plans and subdivisions from Illinois to California.
Tad's comprehensive skill set includes underwriting, feasibility analysis, and all aspects of project and construction management. He has overseen the disposition of various classes of income properties, generating gross proceeds exceeding $3 billion.
