Michael began his real estate career in 2005 and has experience in acquisitions, lending, finance, and development. He has held the role of Director of Acquisitions focusing on multifamily and student housing properties at several family offices.
Julie Bratschie
Julie started her real estate career in 2011 at Heitman, LLC, a global real estate investment management firm with $43 billion in assets under management. She worked extensively on institutional value-add private equity and structured debt funds.
Stephen Margolin
Steve has over 40 years of experience in real estate finance, development and investment. Steve served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors for eight years.
Tad Springer
Tad is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of real estate development and investment experience He has specializing in capital alignment and acquisitions of master-planned communities and income properties for prominent institutional real estate companies.
